Priscilla Spencer, Project Associate, earned her Ed.D. and M.Ed. in Adult and Continuing Education from Columbia University Teachers College, and a B.S. from Michigan State University. She has worked as an evaluator for FERA clients for more than 15 years. She also has 11 years prior experience in the development and administration of adult education and training programs, primarily in higher education, continuing professional education, and nutrition education.

Priscilla’s work with FERA clients is grounded in those years of hands-on experience with needs assessment, program design, participant support services, marketing, budget planning, development of instructional materials, and evaluation. Priscilla has evaluation experience with many different types of client organizations and programs, and has special interest and experience in the introduction of non-traditional programming in established institutions, workforce development training, distance education, education for individuals with disabilities, and health education. She has significant intercultural experience in Turkey and India, speaks basic Turkish, and has maintained her Registered Dietitian (R.D.) professional credentials.
