Lisa Dugdale
Lisa Dugdale, Project Associate, received her Master’s Degrees in Social Work and Public Policy from the University of Michigan, focusing on nonprofit management and consulting. Lisa has more than 12 years of evaluation and market research experience and has special expertise working with organizational assessments and evaluation of community development and environmental education programs.
Prior to working with FERA, Lisa managed employee satisfaction and client satisfaction research projects involving telephone and mail surveys as a Market Research Manager for a variety of for-profit and not-for-profit clients.
