Karen Rignall
Karen Rignall, Project Associate, is currently a Ph.D. student in cultural anthropology with a focus on rural development, livelihoods, and agrarian change. She has had community development experience in the United States, the Middle East, and North Africa, with a focus on institutional capacity building, grassroots community-driven development methodologies, and evaluation and monitoring systems. Karen is fluent in French and proficient in Arabic, both written and spoken.
