John Fosselman, Project Associate and Information Technology Consultant, has a B.A. degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida, where he graduated with honors. After graduation, Fosselman served for four years as the Assistant Project Director at the University of South Florida for the Juvenile Delinquency Project funded by the U.S. Department of Juvenile Justice. Also, during this leadership experience, he enhanced his people skills through the supervision of a team of eight research associates.

Over the last 35 years, Fosselman has continued to develop his information technology and research skills, serving for 22 of those years as the chief information officer (CIO) at three institutions of higher learning in Michigan. While serving higher education, Fosselman has developed both strategic management and planning systems, built new networking infrastructures, and expanded programs for distance learning and education.

In 1999, when wireless technology was in its infancy, Fosselman introduced the first “wireless webmobile" in the United States.
